Plumbing & Gas

Any installation, addition or alteration to plumbing or sprinkler systems requires a plumbing permit. Please see below for related information.


Sprinkler systems must be designed and inspected by a Professional Engineer. Three copies of the plan must be submitted along with the building plans for a building permit application.

Sprinkler drawings will be forwarded from/through City Hall offices to the City of North Vancouver Fire and Rescue Department for review.
