Parks & Greenways

Reduce the risk of wildfire in City parks and trails by following these City bylaws:

  • Smoking, campfires and charcoal barbecues are prohibited at anytime.
  • Controlled fuel sources are permitted (propane and gas barbecues).
  • When the Fire Danger Rating is at EXTREME all barbecues, including propane or gas, are prohibited.

If you see signs of fire or smoke, immediately call 9-1-1. For more information on the Fire Danger Rating, visit cnv.org/FireRating.
