Join us for free, outdoor movies around the City this summer.
Get ready for a summer of outdoor movies in the City of North Vancouver! Grab your blanket or lawn chair, and enjoy free screenings in the open, fresh air.
What time does the movie start? All outdoor movie nights in the City begin approximately at sundown, and depending on the time of year this can be anywhere between 8pm-9pm. We recommend attendees arrive early.
*Please note that all events are subject to the weather, and may be canceled or postponed in the event of heavy rain or smoke, with the exception of Sunset Cinema (see details below).

Civic Plaza is located between City Hall and the North Vancouver Public Library, see Google maps. Public washrooms are available until 9pm at the library, and afterwards at an on-site portable toilet. The Library Teen Advisory Council runs a concession with popcorn, chips, and drinks for $1. Money raised supports teen programs at the Library.

Sunset Cinema is located in the Shipyard Commons, which is a covered, outdoor space. Public bathrooms are available on-site, as well as food trucks. *All Sunset Cinema nights are subject to air quality, and may be postponed or cancelled in the event of smoky weather.
