The Annual Municipal Report provides the community with an opportunity to learn about the City and its performance. The report states the City’s goals for the coming year and demonstrates progress made toward the previous year’s initiatives. The report also includes the audited statements for the preceding year.
The City’s Annual Report is prepared in accordance with the BC Community Charter and must be presented to Council before June 30 each year. At least 14 days before the Council meeting, the report is made available for public inspection and residents are invited to ask questions and share feedback.
The 2025 Annual Municipal Report is now available for public review and will be presented to Council on Monday, June 22, 2026.
CNV Wins National Award for Financial Reporting
Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) awarded a Canadian Award for Financial Reporting to City of North Vancouver for its annual financial report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The Canadian Award for Financial Reporting program was established to encourage municipal governments throughout Canada to publish high quality financial reports and to provide peer recognition and technical guidance for officials preparing these reports.

Public Input
The public is invited to ask questions and give feedback on the
2025 Annual Municipal Report. The report, along with a summary of public input received, will be presented to Council on Monday, June 22, 2026.

- Send an email to finance@cnv.org or deliver written submissions to City Hall. All submissions must include your name and address and be received at City Hall no later than noon on Friday, June 19, 2026.
