City Park Stewards

If you want to get your hands dirty while making a difference in our parks – come join the fun with the City Park Stewards!

City Park Stewards logoThe City Park Stewards is a volunteer program aimed at improving the ecological health of our parks and natural areas. Throughout the year, volunteers take part in important restoration activities like planting thousands of native plants and removing invasive species. This program has been running since 2001.

Join us for our events! From planting native trees to invasive plant pulls to special celebrations for Earth Day and Rivers Day, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
