2121, 2129, 2137 Chesterfield Avenue

The City of North Vancouver has received a development application for 2121, 2129 & 2137 Chesterfield Avenue to rezone the parcels from Two-Unit Residential 1 (RT-1) to a Comprehensive Development Zone to permit the subsequent development of a 5 storey, 27 unit townhome and apartment building. The applicant, Driftwood Village Cohousing Ltd., is a not for profit development company that is planning to develop the City of North Vancouver’s second cohousing community.

Project approved by Council on September 17, 2018.
