133 East 4th Street

The City of North Vancouver has received an application to rezone 133 East 4th Street for the purpose of developing a six storey, 23 unit apartment building over a 236.9 square metre (2,550 square foot) child care facility that is accessed off of the rear lane. The application is proposing no resident parking stalls and two child care parking stalls off of the rear lane.
