In preparation for construction this summer, we're removing some unhealthy street trees from Esplanade and putting in new trees and street furniture for you to enjoy. From February 23 to 25, there will be parking restrictions and potential bike lane closures along Esplanade to allow crews space to work. Flaggers will be on-site to help guide cyclists, pedestrians, and drivers through the work zone.
This work is part of our Esplanade Complete Street Project. We're redesigning Esplanade to create a safer, more comfortable experience for everyone.
