Lest We Forget

Sunday, November 11 10:30-11:30am
Victoria Park, East Keith & Lonsdale

Join Mayor Buchanan and local veterans on Sunday at the North Vancouver Remembrance Day service and parade. Consul General Phillipe Sutter (France) will also be attending, along with a delegate from the UK Consul General, local MPs, MLAs, Police and Fire Chiefs and a retired Master Sgt. Major from the US.

As 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI, up to 30 members of the military will be dressed in authentic WW1 uniforms from 1918.

The ceremony takes place at the Cenotaph in Victoria Park at 10:45am, followed by the traditional Veteran's Parade.

All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
