2540-2590 Lonsdale Avenue

The City of North Vancouver has received a development application from Cascadia Green Development for 2540 and 2590 Lonsdale Avenue to rezone the properties to permit a new five-storey, 64-unit market rental building. The application proposes two levels of underground parking with a total of 40 vehicle parking spaces and 96 bicycle parking spaces.
