236-254 East 3rd Street

The City of North Vancouver has received a revised development application from DA Architects and Planners to rezone 236-254 East 3rd Street to permit the development of a six-storey residential building consisting of 71 rental units. The application proposes underground parking  with a total of 60 vehicle parking spaces accessed from the lane and 112 bicycle spaces.
