Jack Loucks Court & Rogers Plaza

Built in 2001, Jack Loucks Court is a small urban park in the city named after Mayor John Edwin (Jack) Loucks. The park contains a water feature, public art and ornamental plantings and was intended to be like a pedestrian oriented village green that resembled an oasis in the city. Jack Loucks Court is located in the 100 Block W. 1st, across from John Braithwaite Community Centre. View it on a map www.cnv.org/ParksintheCity.

Recent improvements to Jack Loucks Court include newly renovated plant beds and the installation of additional lighting. In 2017, a wood bench was constructed in Rogers Plaza along with chairs, tables, umbrellas and turf in an effort to create an inviting space for people to rest and relax. Rogers Plaza is a public venue that can be booked for a community event. To book this location please complete our Event Application Form.
