We’ve upgraded our applications, permits and licencing software to serve you better.


CityServe, our new online service centre will enhance how you do business with the City.  The online service desk allows us to provide you with real time information and faster processing. It also provides enhanced data security and, best of all, reduces the amount of visits you need to make to City Hall.  You’ll be able to:

  • Check the status of your applications online
  • Access a greater range of online permits, applications and licences
  • Enjoy an enhanced online user experience, thanks to improved design that includes support for mobile devices
  • Pay for licences and permits

Create Your Account:

To create your account go to cityserve.cnv.org. Once you register, an email will be sent to you to activate your account. Once your account is activated and you have logged in, we encourage you to update your contact information under your account profile.
