All Ages & Abilities (AAA) Bicycle Network

The City of North Vancouver has developed an All Ages and Abilities bicycle network plan, often referred to as the AAA bicycle network. The aim of the planned network is to provide an interconnecting system of bicycle facilities which are comfortable and attractive for a broad array of users, such as children and seniors.

The AAA Bicycle Network comprises of 3 main types of facilities:

The AAA Bicycle Network is a long-term planning level document that guides City and District staff in the creation of a bicycle network that strengthens community connections and supports a sustainable transportation system for a broad range of users.
