Grants Available for City Of North Vancouver Not-For-Profit and Community Organizations

Applications are now open for the City of North Vancouver’s Community Grant program! We invite not-for-profit and community organizations to apply for funding up to a maximum of $15,000 to help make a positive impact in our community. This funding aims to enhance services that address social, economic, or physical challenges to improve the quality of life for City residents.


Who Can Apply

Grants can support community and not-for-profit organization expenses, including special projects and events—such as workshops or producing resource material; operating costs—such as rent; capital costs; and programs to support underserved groups in the community.

To qualify, organizations applying for a grant must be: 

  • A registered not-for-profit with a BC Society No. and/or Charitable Registration No.
  • Serving residents of the City of North Vancouver
  • Pursuing sources of funding other than City of North Vancouver Community Grants
  • Provide proof of financial responsibility (latest financial statement)

Please note: There are two application deadlines each year, February 28 (previously January 30) and September 30.
