We’re building new park recreation shelters in Heywood Park and Ray Perrault Park. These new multi-purpose shelters will provide flexible outdoor space for residents to enjoy all year long.
Site preparation is scheduled to start at the end of October and construction of the shelters will take several months to complete. Small sections of both parks will be closed during construction. We anticipate playgrounds will remain open and any necessary closures will be minimized.
