Ways to submit an FOI request

You can submit an FOI request in one of three ways. Complete the Access to Records Request Form and either:

• Email: FOIPrivacy@cnv.org
• Mail or Hand Deliver to: City Clerks Office, City of North Vancouver, 141 West 14th Street, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1H9
• City Hall Drop Box: A 24-hour drop box is available at the north and south entrances of City Hall
• Gateway Counter: forms can be submitted in person at City Hall, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
