Cascadia Green Development and Integra Architecture has submitted an application to rezone the property to allow for the construction of one, 6-storeyed, purpose built rental building. The proposal includes one basement level of rental units at the southern elevation, pedestrian entrance to ground floor at Lonsdale Avenue, a rooftop patio and an on site dog area. Of the proposed 66 residential units, 45 are one-bed, 14 are two-bed and seven (7) are a three-bed units. Seven (7) of the 66 units are proposed be Mid-Market Rental units with 59 at market rental rates. Parking for 35 Vehicles is proposed to be provided in underground levels accessed from the rear lane off Claire’s Alley.
