The winter and holiday season is kicking off in the City this November with a variety of activities and events for people of all ages.  

Winter at The Shipyards

A popular year-round destination in Lower Lonsdale, The Shipyards offers opportunities for the community to gather, play and socialize alongside the beautiful waterfront views.

Check out the seasonal events below or just come on down and enjoy the outdoor fire pits while sipping a warm beverage. The fun will continue past December with more winter programming and activities, so check The Shipyards event calendar at cnv.org/ShipyardsWinter.

Holiday Light Experiences at The Shipyards

Stroll through The Shipyards holiday light displays, including the twinkling lights on The Pier, Wallace Mews, and the iconic crane.

Find the festive gnomes along Lonsdale Avenue between 14th to 18th Street. Snap a picture and post to Instagram tagging us at @cityofnorthvan and using the hashtag #openstreetscnv to be entered to win a mini family photo session in a parklet of your choice. Contest closes Sunday, December 18 at 11:30pm.
