Event Booking Guide

The City maintains a large inventory of parks, fields, plazas and streets and we encourage community groups to use these amenities for special events that contribute to the enrichment and animation of the City.

The City’s online Community Events Calendar is a free resource to promote your community event - submit your event online.

If you’re organizing a small free community event, you could be eligible for a grant through the Vancouver Foundation's Neighbourhood Small Grants Program. Learn more at neighbourhoodsmallgrants.ca.
