Applications are open for the City of North Vancouver’s Community Grant program! Local not-for-profit and community organizations are invited to apply for funding of up to $15,000 to support projects and services that make a positive difference in the community. This funding aims to enhance services that address social, economic, or physical challenges to improve the quality of life for City residents.
Funding may be used for a wide range of expenses, including:
- Special projects and events such as workshops or the development of resource materials
- Operating costs, including rent
- Capital costs
- Programs that support underserved groups in the community
Who Can Apply
Grants can support community and not-for-profit organization expenses, including special projects and events—such as workshops or producing resource material; operating costs such as rent; capital costs; and programs to support underserved groups in the community.
To qualify, organizations must:
- Be a registered not-for-profit with a BC Society Number and/or Charitable Registration Number
- Serve residents of the City of North Vancouver
- Demonstrate financial responsibility with a recent financial statement
- Seek funding from additional sources beyond the City’s Community Grant Program
