The City has received an application for a 60 unit townhouse development on two separate sites along the north side of East 2nd Street. They are arranged in a stacked configuration in four rows of buildings that are four storeys tall, separated by a central courtyard. The buildings are on top of two levels of underground parking to provide 90 parking stalls.
