EOne Properties and Raffi Architecture Incorporated,  has submitted an application to rezone the property to allow for the construction of one, 6-storeyed, purpose built rental building. The proposal includes a total of 75 rental units with, pedestrian entrance at the ground floor of St Patrick’s Avenue. Of the proposed 75 residential units, 58 are one-bed, Eight (8) are two-bed and nine (9) are a three-bed units. Eight (8) of the 75 units are proposed be Mid-Market Rental units with 67 at market rental rates. Parking for 53 Vehicles is proposed to be provided in underground levels accessed from the rear lane.
