RED East 16th Limited Partnership and RED Twelve E16 Adera Projects Ltd. has submitted an application to amend the Zoning Bylaw to allow the construction of two six-storey residential buildings. There will be a total of 167 market rental units and 19 mid-market rental units, for a total of 186 units. Parking for vehicles and bicycles will be provided in one underground level.
