Anthem Properties has submitted a rezoning application for the property at 141-155 West 3rd Street to permit a five-storey strata building with ground floor commercial. A total density of 2.8 FSR is proposed, comprised of 57 dwelling units, 53 of which would be adaptable units, the remaining four units are proposed as townhouses facing the lane. A pedestrian connection is proposed along the west property line, connecting East 3rd Street to the lane. Approximately 7,300 square feet of commercial retail space would be provided at grade. A total of 91 parking spaces are proposed, to be provided below-grade.
