Summer is officially here and the City of North Vancouver is hosting events throughout the season. From markets to movie nights, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Plan ahead and find all the details at our Community Events Calendar or The Shipyards Calendar.

 

Markets in the City

Live and Local Plaza Pop-Ups with NVRC

North Vancouver Recreation and Culture (NVRC) Commission's Live & Local Plaza Pop-Ups feature a plaza full of family-friendly activities, including music, arts, and games:

  • Civic Plaza // Thursdays, July 6 - August 3 //  6-8pm
  • Rogers Plaza // Thursday, August 10 //  6-8pm

 

Lunchtime Live Music Series

  • Civic Plaza // Tuesdays, July 4 - August 29 // 12pm
  • The Shipyards // Wednesdays, July 5 - August 30 // 1pm

Outdoor Movie Nights

Grab your blanket or lawn chair, and cozy up to watch the featured films in the open, fresh air at The Shipyards, Civic Plaza, and Ray Perrault Park this summer.
