This City App is designed to embrace smartphone technology to make life easier for City residents.
See a service or repair issue in the City?
After you've downloaded the free App, take a photo and press submit. Your smartphone does the rest by sending exact GPS coordinates which will allow crews to know exactly where the issue is.
The photo and any additional information you send will ensure that the right crew and equipment are sent out ensuring our first class city remains beautiful and safe for all.

Note: Cityfix is a non-emergency reporting system. For after hours (after 5pm + weekends and holidays) emergencies call 604-988-2212. Cityfix should not be used to report bylaw infractions. For bylaw infractions, contact the Bylaw Services Office at 604-904-7378 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
With the CityFix App you will be able to track the progress of the issue you reported. You’ll be able to see when it is assigned and its status, all with the touch of a button.
Still want to report the old way - no problem. The old issues reporting system, by telephone or online form, are still available to use.
While these reporting systems will remain, CityFix provides efficiency and accuracy by allowing Smartphone GPS and camera technology to do the legwork. The CityFix App makes it easier for residents to report issues they find within the community.
