The City of North Vancouver and Darwin Properties (Canada) Limited agreed to a land exchange that resulted in a Creekside Park along Mosquito Creek south of Marine Drive, the City's Operation Centre at 61 Bewicke Avenue (just north of the railway tracks) and a redevelopment at 720 West 2nd Street for the multifamily residential building.
