Council Meeting Videos
Access the City's convenient online service: Live Streaming Video of Monday night Council meetings. When Council convenes to discuss important community issues, you can view a live web broadcast of the meeting from the comfort of your own home.
Council meetings usually begin at 6:00pm on Mondays, but please visit our Council Meeting Schedule page for the latest information available.
Please note: Your computer must be equipped with a video card and RealOne Player software to access the live Council meeting broadcasts.

Viewing Council Meetings with a Digital Box
Do you have a digital box connected to your TV? If so, you will receive Vancouver programming on the Shaw TV channel. To change to local programming, allowing you to watch North Vancouver City Council meetings, Shaw will supply and install an A/B switch at no cost. Please call Shaw technical support at 604-629-8888 to schedule your free service call.
Archived Videos
If you missed the live web broadcast for a particular Council meeting, visit our Council Meeting Minutes page and review a transcript of the proceedings, or access an archived video of the entire meeting. This service is available the day after a scheduled meeting.
Video Segments & Reports
If you are interested in viewing a specific portion of a Council meeting, visit our Video Segments & Reports page, where you will find a list of Council meetings for the current year. Select the PDF file for the meeting you would like to review. Within each document, you can access Council minutes, video clips and reports that correspond to a particular agenda item. This video segment service is available approximately one week after each scheduled Council meeting.
For your convenience, the City also offers an archive of Council Meeting Minutes with Video Segments: 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003.
