28th Annual Park & Tilford Holiday Hi-Light Festival

Park & Tilford is set to light up the season with the 28th annual Holiday Hi-Light Festival at Park & Tilford Gardens. This annual event features a majestic festival of lights with over 150,000 on display over 3 acres. The lights turn on at 5pm daily between November 25th and December 31st. Entry is by donation with proceeds going to support the North Vancouver firefighters, and their various appointed charities.
Opening Night: Friday, November 25th | 7pm – 10pm
The opening Light Up festivities begin around 6:30pm, with hot chocolate, live entertainment and a Light Up countdown to be enjoyed by all! North Vancouver City Mayor Darrell Mussatto will also be in attendance to help kick off the event.
FAMILY FRIDAY NIGHTS: December 2-23 5-9pm
Special Family Friday Nights will be held on December 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd, and include FREE visits with Santa, hot chocolate, face painting, strolling characters and more.
North Shore Fire fighters will be present each evening handing out candy canes and collecting donations. Fire Truck rides* will be available on Friday, December 9th & 23rd from 6pm to 9pm by donation (suggested minimum donation of $5 per person). All proceeds to the North Vancouver Firefighters Charitable Societies.

Got Craft? brings together a community that fosters indie craft and DIY culture! Outside in the square there will be food trucks to tempt you with their delights.

North Vancouver City Firefighters Christmas Tree Chip-Up

Rona Parking Lot at Park & Tilford
Wondering what to do with your Christmas tree after the holidays? Recycle it! Drop by with your tree and enjoy a free hot dog, coffee or hot chocolate. This charity event is by donation with all proceeds going to the North Vancouver City Firefighters Scholarship Fund. The recycled trees are used in the many parks, paths and gardens throughout the City.

Colourful light displays shine throughout the City this holiday season.
A number of bright and beautiful light displays are located throughout the City. Decorative lights adorn the trees in Civic Plaza and City Hall is decked out in holiday style. Lonsdale Avenue is glowing from Esplanade to 23rd Street, bringing festive cheer to the City.
