The City of North Vancouver recognizes that effective, sustainable delivery of municipal services relies on a clear financial vision and fiscally responsible planning.

For many years, the City has maintained healthy reserves and a solid plan for delivering major capital projects to the community. With our current population of 48,000 residents projected to rise to up to 62,000 by 2021, our challenge lies in distributing limited financial resources that meet current needs and also provide for the long-term.

2018 Property Tax Rate Distributions Options

The Finance Committee will discuss the 2018 Property Tax Rate Distributions Options at a Public Meeting to be held on April 16, 2018 in Council Chambers at City Hall located at 141 West 14th Street, North Vancouver. Everyone is welcome to attend. See Public Hearing Notice & Report - PDF

Members of the community may submit comments and questions in writing regarding the 2018 Property Tax Rate Distributions Options until 4PM on Monday, April 16, 2018. Any questions must be submitted in writing through the comment form below or to the City Clerk's Office and may be addressed at the Finance Committee Meeting, if feasible, or at a later date.

The public may also provide comments in person at the Finance Committee Meeting.
