Public Hearing and Bylaws

Following the public hearings, Council gave third reading to the Zoning Bylaw Amendment for each of the following two sites:

  • 119-125 East 2nd Street – to permit the development of a seven-storey mixed-use commercial and residential building
  • 818-858 West 15th Street – to permit the development of a six-storey commercial and residential building
