144 West 21st Street

The City of North Vancouver has received a development application for 144 West 21st Street to rezone the property from Medium Density Apartment Residential 1 (RM-1) to a Comprehensive Development (CD) Zone to support the development of a five storey apartment building consisting of 73 rental units. The proposed density of the development is 2.24 times the lot area and proposes 51 underground parking stalls.
